ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

Listen! I am SICK AND TIRED OF DEALING WITH THIS APP AND GAME. A couple days ago I load into the game but it said I was missing packs I own. I restarted 3 times and still showing up and no I didn’t disable anything. I stopped playing for a few days and go to play today AND THIS POPS UP. What do you people actually do? I have to deal with this every other month even though I delete and reinstall the game. Now it won’t even let me do that. This company is going downhill🤦🏼‍♀️

If Revo can't find or remove the EA App, you can simply delete the EADesktop folder in C:\Program Files.  (Make sure no EA-related service is running in the Task Manager, including in the background processes list.)  Then restart, download a fresh copy of the App installer, and run it as an admin.

When reinstalling the App, if you see a message about it already being present and would you like to repair, say yes.  If the App itself still doesn't work after that, then try Revo again.

If the App starts working but you're still missing some Sims 4 content, please list those packs, and whether they show as installed within the App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons.

This appears to me as though you've done something to one of the folders on your system which is now causing the EA App to be detected.
