everything is "backwards"

I updated my game and when I started to play, I noticed the first bug (sims don’t lie down on the bed to sleep, they just stand wherever they are). I tested it, updated all my mods, but it still didn’t work. Then I removed all my mods, and again, the issue persisted. I put my sim to sleep, and she did, but the energy bar only lasted for about 1 game hour, and the need bars had inverted colors (what should be red was green, and yellow didn’t even appear). Also, when I had her do other things (use the toilet and eat), she just reset. I created other families and the bug persisted, so I believe it’s because of the update. Has anyone else experienced this?
