houxxx That's actually completely fine, and it shouldn't cause any problems. I was wondering whether your game was installed somewhere else, like in Documents, where you might get some weirdness due to OneDrive or another factor.
Anyway, please create a new admin Windows account on your computer. Make it local, as in, don't link your Microsoft account or any email address. You'll be able to launch the game without reinstalling anything, but your saves and other data won't be available.
Open the game and confirm that all your packs are loading, then in the new account, download one cc item. Don't add it yet; just load the game again and see whether the packs are still loading. If they are, add the cc to the Mods folder and test again.

puzzlezaddict this seems to have worked, thank you for your help! I am still about worried it may happen again later down the line but I’ll just address that when it happens. What do you think might have been the issue?
Also will it be ok to move all my previous cc over to this user? I know it would be better to start afresh but it saves time and some cc isn’t available to download anymore as the creator isn’t in the community anymore and has deleted their work. Would it also be ok to move my tray folder over too?
