Extension not mine anymore
I bought about 3 years ago the "Get to work" Sims 4 expansion on Instant gaming, and it always worked on my game, on Steam and on EA. But since the last update, my "Get to work" expansion doesn't work anymore, I don't even own it on Steam anymore, on EA too... I still have my command on Instant Gaming, but I tried and tried finding out how to get my expansion back, and nothing worked out

Try clearing the cache for the EA app with the steps here- if you're still having issues after this you'll want to get in contact with the live support team so they can review your account details a bit further to see what's happened here.
