XoMiSsYoX Please try disabling XMP and CPU Turbo Mode, both in your computer's BIOS settings. The latter especially may have a different name and will probably be hidden in the Advanced Settings; XMP should be easily accessible. A number of players on hardware like yours have had to disable one or both settings in order to make Sims 4 stop crashing.
If this helps, look for a BIOS update for your motherboard that specifically mentions addressing stability issues, and try installing that. Updates to fix the underlying issue have been rolling out for the past few months, but not all boards have them yet.
