@Giapa95 Please test with no mods or custom content, as in, move the Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. You don't need to save your progress, but it's important to establish whether mods are triggering the issue.
If that doesn't help, or you don't use mods or cc, please test a new save, for comparison's sake, and let me know how it runs.
If the new save crashes too, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a reply here.

Hi I have found someone who had a similar problem for a past update and I fixed the crashes by changing the quality of the graphics I think. From ultra to high or something like that and I also checked the mobile computer (laptop) check box
@Giapa95 Laptop mode isn't actually for laptops per se. It disables Advanced Rendering, which makes the game look much lower quality overall. Since the setting isn't necessary for most machines, I'd suggest unchecking that box and seeing how the game runs on high or medium-high graphics settings.
I can still look over a dxdiag if you like.
- EtherealLith21 days agoRising Vanguard@Giapa95 i'm having the same issue. Infinite loading screens, bugs on building, such as demolishing but not disappearing. Retail i can't even visit the lot. I try do anything that requires loading screens and the game basically crashes because loading screen doesn't move. Yesterday i fell asleep waiting for a loading screen, and woke up in the morning still on loading... it's unplayable. I offered styling too on a lot, and loading screen problem again. I lost count how many times i had to force shutdown the game... And my saves are basically unable to enter in it, because they are on retail. So i can't even play the game on that save now.
@EtherealLith If you'd like help with your issue, please answer the questions in post 2. Please also clarify which issues happen on a lot that isn't retail.

Hi!
Also having the same problem since the 25th Anniversary update. My game can't even make it past the first loading screen before crashing. This has never been a problem for me before outside of corrupted mods. I have removed all mods and saves and tried a number of things. Here's my DxDiag report:
@wanderingtart Thanks for the dxdiag, which shows that Sims 4 is crashing because the Intel graphics driver is crashing. You may need to clean-uninstall and reinstall the driver, but first, try playing in DirectX 11 mode. Open the EA App, select Sims 4 > Manage > View Properties, and add -dx11 to the command line box.
If that doesn't help, here's how to clean-uninstall the driver:
Use the newest Intel graphics driver Lenovo offers for your laptop:
You don't need the Nvidia driver since your laptop doesn't have an Nvidia GPU, so leave that one alone.
