Game Crashing on initial launch
Hello!
Ever since what I believe to be the newest update in regards to the recent anniversary, I cannot open my game whatsoever, prior to this new update, I had been running The Sims smoothly with no issues. What happens is: I launch the game, it plays the initial Sims 4 opening splash screen, then it freezes at the loading screen for a second and closes with no error message. I've tried everything so far: I've removed all my CC/Mods, Reinstalled the Sims 4, I've removed my localcache, switched over to Steam, made sure my drivers were all up to date.
The only outlier I had was looking in the config file, saying my graphics card was not found but supported , which I did end up fixing by adding my graphics card to the database, so it'd display Found: 1, Supported: 1. However despite this, the game still won't launch (Perhaps I didn't do it correctly? However prior to the crash, my game seemed to run just fine without this step.)
Hoping to find a solution, here's my DxDiag:
The Sims 4 will forever be a mystery, because I just tried to relaunch it again having done nothing, and it has now decided to work after days of trying to fix it :')
