Anyway, the Sims 4 crashes look like they could be due to the game running out of memory. Your computer technically has enough RAM for the game, but some of the 8 GB is set aside for the graphics chip, and it also looks like you have a lot of background tasks running. So please try playing immediately after restarting your computer, with nothing else running aside from the EA App.
If you get another crash, restart your computer again and let me know how much RAM is in use, according to the Task Manager, before you've opened any other apps. Please also post a screenshot of the Task Manager's Startup section.
