Since the beginning of February, I am able to create sims but I can not play with them when I move them into a house because game doesn't load and I get an infinite loading screen. I have tried everything such as updating drivers, fixing game with ea, deleting cache, removing all mods and starting new save files, but still I am not able to play. FYI I have all the DLCs (the new one too). Please help.
drinks-or-coffee Does this happen if you load a different, previously-unplayed household within the same save, and if so, does it happen in a new save as well? If the new save is affected, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
If you can load a different household in your main save, try playing them for a few sim-hours, then switching back to your main household. You don't have to save your progress.
