Game doesn't load when I play into the world

drinks-or-coffee  Does this happen if you load a different, previously-unplayed household within the same save, and if so, does it happen in a new save as well?  If the new save is affected, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

If you can load a different household in your main save, try playing them for a few sim-hours, then switching back to your main household.  You don't have to save your progress.

drinks-or-coffee  I can't work with this dxdiag.  Please run a new one and don't remove most of the relevant info this time.  You can delete your machine name if you want, but details like the processor and graphics card are kind of important.  (And yes I can see what GPU you have anyway, but that's not the point.)
