Game failed to launch

I was playing the game just fine few days ago when i encountered this launching issue. I was running the **bleep** mod then deleted all mods but the problem is still not solved. I tried deleting the cache but that doesnt't work either.

I currently only have the "Get to work" and "Holiday celebration" pack.  I'm playing on a new PC with 16GB RAM so I doubt it would be a PC-related issue. This is my 1st time playing the game so any help is greatly appreciated. Thank u all!!
