Hello,
The game has lagged severely after the latest update. I have tried moving all mods and CC and also moving the entire Sims 4 game folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto my desktop and there is still severe lag. This has never been an issue before.
I've attached the DxDiag.
After updating the driver, I'm still experiencing the same lag issue. Additionally, when the game loads to the main screen, the Essential Glam Kit advertisement pops up, i click the X to close it, select new game, and the kit advertisement pops up again.
BajanK Thanks for the dxdiag. Please update the driver for your graphics chip, as it's from 2021 and may not work well with the game anymore. You can get the newest driver from Intel here:

Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart afterwards and before trying to play.
