Game not opening/loading

While the game technically opens, it is immediately lagging and freezing. I can not even get to the opening menu. I have removed my mods folder, removed and script mods, and have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and there is no change. This is a recent issue and while I have been hoping that the september update would fix it, it has not. 

I'm unsure at this point what to do about it.

    Hi, 

    I play on windows (11), and yes I've tried that, there's still the same issue sadly :(

    PEEKABOO248​  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

    that's started working! hahah thank you so much, it was so out of the blue I immediately blamed all the updates. Thanks again!!
