Game won’t launch

I just bought the game, as well as the games license along with it- but it keeps saying the EA app can’t read my game license, to relaunch it in online mode and to clear my cache. Well, I’ve been trying to launch it online, I’ve clear my cache about 4 times- I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled- I’ve repaired the app, the game, and even restarted my computer. And it still won’t launch the game? Customer support has been 0 help.

    opalsblood  Sims 4 is free, so you shouldn't have needed to pay for anything.

    As a test, please create a new EA account, add Sims 4 to your library (for free), and see whether you can play using that account.  The question is whether the problem is your computer or your EA account, and this is the fastest way to find out.
