I have a bunch of content that i bought, different packs and things, and my computer glitched and tried to install sims 4 on steam and EA games, and now it won't let me play the EA version that has all my hours and packs. I don't know what to do. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have repaired in the app, I can't manage my content it won't let me. I am stuck and upset because I spent so much money for this to all the sudden not work.
MysticLemons94 If you own any content through Steam that you want to use, please uninstall the EA App version of Sims 4 and install the game through Steam. Then open the EA App and download the packs you own there, but NOT a second copy of the base game. You should be able to start the pack downloads through Manage > Manage add-ons.
If this doesn't help, please let me know whether you own any DLC through Steam.
I don't own the games through steam I own them through the EA App
