smaines16 Bug check (as in, Blue Screen) 1e suggests a hardware incompatibility or a malfunctioning driver, but it's unfortunately not any more specific than that. A hardware incompatibility is less likely on a laptop due to how many components are dictated by the manufacturer by virtue of being soldered to the motherboard, so that leaves a bad driver. Please run Microsoft's Driver Verifier, with the "automatically select all drivers" option, as described here:
