Get to Work Pack Missing

So when I first downloaded sims 4 a couple of months ago with the EA app it came with the "Get To Work" add-on. This week I was trying to boot up my game and it was telling me I have a conflicting installation with steam. I don't and never have downloaded the game on steam. Long story short I had to do a fresh installation of the game and the EA launcher and now when I try to boot up my game its saying that I'm missing the Get to Work add-on. I went into my add-ons list in the EA app and see that Get to Work is now missing and when I go to the add on page it prompts me to purchase it. My game originally came with this add-on so why is it asking me to purchase this??? All my save files have prompts for the add on. How do I fix this?

    Hi all,

    Please first verify that your Xbox Ultimate membership is currently active. If your membership is active, please try launching The Sims 4 through the Xbox PC app- once you've launched through Xbox PC, you should be able to play via EA app again.

    If you still have issues once you've tried this, please let me know!

    I'm having the same issue

    When I go to load my Sims 4 save, it says that I need to have Get to Work in order to play. That pack is included with EA Play, which is included in my Game Pass subscription.

    Are you able to look into this for me please? I know a lot of people have this issue, so hopefully there is an easy solution. Thank you!

    I am having this issue and have tried the above soultion didn’t work still can’t play,

    i played via Xbox app as suggested and my ultimate subscription is active

    I'm on pc and it is all my purchased packs which is 30+. Get to work is showing not downloaded as well. Ill show a screenshot also. This issue is one i can't work around no matter how hard I try. I paid for every pack on EA and back when it was origin. When I say I've tried everything , I mean everything!
