I thought you meant you'd installed the game on the external, in which case the folder on the internal would be redundant; but since the internal install is your only one, the pack's folder is obviously in the right place. And no, moving the user data back to the internal drive won't make any difference here, so don't bother unless you want to for other reasons.
Instead, make sure the EA App is closed and the EABackgroundService is NOT running in the Task Manager's background processes list. Delete the GP05 folder and restart your computer. Clear the EA App's cache:
