Four days ago i went to play Sims 4 and ALL of my Add-Ons over 100$ worth of DLC is GONE. I have sent three error reports and have not heard back, how do I get my Add-ons back? i really really don't want to rebuy everything. As some where gifts. what do i do?? i have restated the app upwords of 10 times, and the same for "reparing" the game.

I have been trying for over a week at this point to get my add ons back, i am so beyond frustrated, as i have every expansion and other packs. Cannot get a hold of ANYONE at EA. i want my money back at this point.
Oh my god i think i have a fix!! dont uninstall your Sims 4 game from you computer, link your EA with your Steam then download and launch Sims 4 from Steam, click on create a sim then back it, it SHOULD then ask you if you want to update your steam version and it should have all of your add-ons! hope that works for you
