Help My Game!

I paid a lot of money for every pack for The Sims 4, Since updated and installed the new EP it has been not responding when I started the game.  It is so lagging taking forever for my game to load u...

    EndlessSims3  Please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs.

    If you get another crash, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

    I just bought a brand new MSI Laptop and now downloading all my Sims 4 games, so many to download. MSI 13th gen Intel Core i5-13420H 2.10 GHz with Nevidia GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop. And so far downloading is faster ten my Dell laptop, That Laptop I bought back during world shut down and received stimulus money so it been several years ago. It was starting to not be good any more so bought this new one today.
