HELP! Sims 4 Get 2 Work REMOVED from my account!!!

I tried to load my current save, and got this error on the screen. And when looking at owned packs on the main screen, AND looking in purchase history- IT'S GONE!!! I immediately took screenshots of my remaining packs for my own backup in case this happens again.. I need to know how to file a complaint ticket or something to get this rectified immediately! I'm not buying that pack all over again and I can't use my saves until the pack is back in my owned packs! I can't finish the current event, and chances of me buying anymore packs isn't looking good.. And what really truly angers me, is I have ALSO bought packs for Xbox AND for my kid!!! I've been playing the Sims since '03 on VARIOUS DIFFERENT platforms/consoles. So they've gotten a LOT of my money over the years...

    Update- I looked in my EA program files, E1 IS in my list of folders of OWNED packs. But is not showing as an owned EP ANYWHERE ELSE through EA or Maxis. YES, I tried to repair my game. Twice. That doesn't fix the fact that EA REMOVED THE EP FROM MY ENTIRE ACCT LIKE IT DIDN'T EXIST!!!

    Sorry for the concern here. Just to clarify, is it possible this pack was added to your account through an Xbox Game Pass or EA Play subscription, or was this purchased separately?

    If this was purchased separately and is no longer showing up, it would be best to contact support directly so they can take a closer look at the account including discussing any details we wouldn't be able to address here on the public forums. Thanks!

      Game Pass would be linked to Xbox. I said PC. And I don't know what an EA subscription would have to do with it, considering I have to use the EA app for my bundles of Sims 4 EPs when I purchase them. So that answer would be, yes, obviously I went through the EA app for my purchases?? I was looking for a way to contact your support directly. So thank you.

      THAT'S what you call help??? The "live" help is a robot with an IQ so low I had to rewrite it 3 times before it gave me a solution of something COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT that happened TWO YEARS ago! The "contact" section ONLY gives me select subjects to choose from. And NONE of them are about MISSING GAME PACKS. Only about missing earned or bought in-game content!!! So, how is that supposed to help me? Tell EA to stop STEALING from it's customers and GIVE ME MY EP BACK! I have proof I owned it until a few days ago! Get me REAL HELP NOW!!

        Hi there, unfortunately the only way we can help is to redirect you to our help centre, we don't have any visibility on your account from the forums and we won't be able to see what happened to your packs. We wouldn't even have tools in here to restore your pack. Maybe try this link, it should give you the option to select the live chat instead of going through all the options: Contact EA Help
