I accidently deactivated all my packs and i have no clue how to get them back. I've tried repairing in the EA game page and its only repairing some but not all of them and I've lost all my Ranch, cat...

the easiest way is to just trash the usersetting(.ini) file. You can find that in the documents folder. This will remove any packs you disabled.
