The newest update have left my game malfunctioning. Saved games not loading and unable to create a new game. While your creative team is streaming for 24 hrs make it useful and stay up retrieving everyone’s data and restoring the game to a stable state of functionality
Same issue happening once again and this solution is not working.

The Sims Delivery error is happening again, or something else? If you're seeing an error message now, please post a fresh screenshot.
After I updated my game on Monday or so, when it was done, after I played my game, I had issues with the game freezing even when I turned off my mods and CC.
Rosie2484 Please provide more context. Does the game freeze when you're doing anything in particular, for example in Build/Buy mode, or when you're playing on a certain lot, or at a certain sim-time of day?
Please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
