471mqyarz7hm Have you tried repairing the game? If not, that's the first step. In the EA App, the option is under Sims 4 > Manage; in Steam, it's under Properties then (I think) Local files, and it's called "Verify integrity of the game files.
If that doesn't or didn't help, please delete the folder for Horse Ranch and reinstall the pack. Make sure the EA App is closed and the EABackgroundService is NOT running in the Task Manager. Open the game's install location, one of these by default:
C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4
Delete the EP14 folder directly inside. (This is the correct folder, not the one in Delta.) Clear the EA App's cache if you're using the App to download the pack:

Then restart your computer before reinstalling it.
