Hello!
I hava always had all my DLC on EA and on Epic games. But my boyfriend bought me a few DLC on Steam and i can't seem to get them all to work together. Now that i downloaded the new DLC.s from steam the game says that my old saves "require" my old DLC that i have on EA. But when i look in game store it says that i have all DLC. I'm very confused at the moment... Very hopfull for some good advice. :)
Livmaja03 Please uninstall the EA App version of Sims 4 and install the game only through Steam. Login to the EA App and download the packs in your game library there, but NOT a second copy of the base game. This should install the packs you own through Epic as well.
If this doesn't work, uninstall the Steam version too, clear the EA App's cache:

Restart your computer, and try again.
