I can't get my sims4 to work
The game used to work fine but one day, it won't load into the game after the loading page. I tried switching to Steam which did not work, and I also tried erasing all the files from Electronic Art...

wnfl882 Your dxdiag shows that Sims 4 is crashing because of something called TENXWGuard64, which is a component of RaonSecure, ZDSGuard, or somethine else from ZeroDay Security. So please uninstall the program and see whether you can play. As long as you don't do anything else at the same time, your computer should be safe.
You may need to repair the game (in Steam, Sims 4 > Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of the game files) as well.
If this helps, but you want to reinstall your security software, go ahead and do so, but set exceptions for TS4_x64.exe and TS4_Launcher_x64.exe so the software doesn't block the game anymore.
