I lost everything

After not playing the sims 4 for a few months, I opened it as I normally used to do, to my surprise the interface had completely changed, but what caught my attention the most is that there was no option to continue my games nor did any CC detected

I particularly noticed that in Documents > Program files > Electronic Arts only a folder called "EA Desktop" appeared when I remember well that there was only a folder of The Sims 4, where I had all my CC and I imagine that the information of the saved games

Checking my OneDrive (which I don't use, nor did it let me restore my files from the website) I found the Sims4 folder, however, when I put it back in the path I mentioned above (I downloaded the files and put it manually there) and start the game, the CC still does not appear (even if I activate the option from the game) or my games progress

It should also be emphasized that I have the game from epic and clearly I also have the EA

I hope someone can help me, thank you very much

  • TinyMiri_uwu  The Electronic Arts folder in Program files contains the program files for the EA App; it doesn't have anything to do with Sims 4.  The Electronic Arts folder you're looking for is directly in Documents.  If you're not seeing it, here's how to find it:

If you place your saves there and they still don't load in-game, please post a screenshot of the contents of the folder they're in, as in, I'd like to see their names and sizes.  Include the address bar, above the list of files, for reference.
