I own this game, have receipts being told I don't. Please advise.

MysteMyst111​  Please set exceptions in your antivirus for EADesktop.exe, plus TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64, or the entire Bin folder they're in.

The blank white screen when loading the new world is typically caused by T.O.O.L., so remove that.

I greatly appreciate you looking into this issue. I have removed the TOOL mod, as well as Better build buy and MCC. The issue is still occurring.

MysteMyst111​  The EA App error is a known issue, but what about the rest?  Can you load the new world in a new save?  Does the other content from the expansion show up in your game?

Sorry for the delay in reply. Once I removed the mods, the expansion world loaded, like you said. The EA app issue is still present. When I repair the game it occurs. No issues other that that. I can load the expansion and view CAS as well as the build buy items. I haven't built in the new world as of yet, so I cannot say with confidence that there isn't an issue. I can use the the new items in my current build and can see the new live edit objects.

I did as advised and added the exceptions to my antivirus exception list.   

MysteMyst111​  As long as the only issue is the EA App error, you can go ahead and play your game.  EA will need to fix the error, and probably will soon enough, but it shouldn't impact your ability to play.

The problem is resolved . I executed a repair at 2:38 pm and the issue was resolved.

I did what you said about setting exceptions and that made it so I could repair my game with no problem.  Only problem for me is the new world map does not show up to select in my saves.

Player_6brsaewo​  Does the other content from the pack show up?  Does the world show up in a new save, with no mods or custom content present?  Please test both and let me know.
