I somehow deleted ALL of my sims progress from the game PLZ HELP

Question

I don't know how I managed to do this I'm so dumb! my game wouldn't load passed the main menu loading screen so I looked up what to do and I made everything worse. My OneDrive started deleting my sims files and I believe that's the cause. I restored things but I know files are not in the correct files. i have almost 10 years of lots and sims I love dearly and have spent almost half my life on. Please help me what do I do&nbsp;:(

sorayakron97&nbsp; What files do you have, and where are they?&nbsp; Please make sure they're in the folder the game is reading, as in, this one:
https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
If that's not the issue, please post screenshots of the contents of the folders that contain your saves and Tray files, as in, I'd like to see the file names and sizes.&nbsp; Include the address bar, above the list of files, in the screenshot.
