jaydream You should absolutely not install the game into Documents. Doing so is asking for trouble. The default location of C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4 is fine.
Your screenshot shows that your Documents directory is currently in OneDrive. Please get rid of it as described here:

Note that part of the process is backing up your files somewhere safe, and once you've done that, you'll place the files in the new non-OneDrive-related location:
C:\Users\your username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
You may still see your new test save when you load the game to the Main Menu. That's normal—the menu shows you the most recent sims you've played, by the date the saves were last modified. You can use Load Game to choose whatever save you'd like to play.
