infinite loading screen when loading into household or saving.

Whenever I press play on my households (through resume or load game) I can see that the game is loaded in the background, but the loading screen will still be up and won't go away, This issue also ar...

ynzikr2absgd  Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you find.  Try to load the household with no mods or custom content present; you don't need to save your progress.  If you get stuck on an infinite loading screen again, look for a new lastexception, and if you find one, open it and delete the first line of text, then upload it here.
