I think my games files are corrupted, and I already tried every solution I could find
I resetted my entire game, and when I did that, it worked. I could create a new game and it worked just fine. But when I try putting back the save's files it goes back to being stuck in the loading screen
I didn't put any mods in it after resetting the game, I really don't want to lose my saves since they are several years old.

On another household I didn't have any problem loading the save
When I searched for the lastexception files, I couldn't find any, only on my backup files that I didn't put on the new game files.
Mabi_y Can you load a different household in one of your old saves? Please test and let me know.
Please also open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you find. Try again to load one of the households that isn't working and see whether you get a new lastexception. If you do, open it and delete the first line of text, then attach it to a reply here.
