Frenfa It sounds like you've set a camera position for the 9 key. You can remove it by clicking alt-9.
If that somehow doesn't work, open VideoCameraStates.ini, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > VideoCameraStates, and delete the Camera State 9 entry.
