Life and Death Expansion Not available

I preordered and downloaded the new Life and Death Expansion pack and the game doesn't acknowledge that I've downloaded the pack. I've done the repair thing in the EA app and still nothing. I'm not r...

    For anyone else running into this issue, I had to follow these steps on my Windows PC:
    1. Search PC for EA App Updater
    2. Launch Application
    3. Once complete, Open Task Manager
    4. Find EA Background Service and Select 'End Task'
    5. Relaunch the EA App

    Once I relaunched the app, the pack download began on its own.
    I also had to do a Sims 4 System Update.

    This resolved the issue for me.
