Lost content

After reaching the page to resume my last played family, I was on a never ending launch screen.  After 3 week of trying everything I still couldn't play.  I bought a new gaming computer and installed but the issue was the same.  I uninstalled the game on my new computer and reinstalled but all my add-ons are gone and I only have base game.  When I log into my account, all add-ons show in my library but when I try to play from the main screen, only base game is playable.
