Missing Content on EA

I'm missing a lot of the content on my EA account! My username was also reverted to its original. Idk what else to do, I've already logged in and out of the account and tried to sign in on different devices. There haven't been any suspicious sign-ins either. I still have the downloaded content on my computers but I can't access any of it because it says that I don't own it. If I cant get anything back to play my games I'd just rather have a refund for all of the content it was a lot of money :( pls help!

  • Superpigspawner  Sometimes people make a second account by accident, which is what I thought of when you said your username reverted—maybe the new username was actually a new secondary account.  It's been a common problem since the EA App went to full release.

    Having said that, if you have email receipts for your purchases, or you can find the purchases on ea.com (Account Settings > Order History), take screenshots and contact EA customer support to ask what happened to the content you owned.  I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email.  If you don't see the option, try this link:

    Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.

  • Superpigspawner  Try a different browser, then a different device, without signing in.  If that doesn't work either, try a different network, for example a laptop or phone connected to wifi at work/school or a library or a friend's house.  Live chat DOES work in general, so the question is why it's not working on your devices in particular.
