Missing content

I bought an expansion and a pack last month, paid with Klarna. For some reason, I got one cent back from Klarna, and my expansion and pack are gone as if I didn’t buy them. What do I do? I contacted EA; I don’t know how long this will take. Now I can’t access my game because it says that I need to have both the expansion and pack. The missing contents are “Tiny Living” and “For Rent.”

can someone help me??? I’m already stress, I don’t understand what is the problem! Should I contact Klarna??
