Missing stuff

I downloaded an extension pack, two game packs, and a stuff pack. All four are purchased, and installed but none of them are showing up in my game. I got a pop-up for all four when I first opened the...

    fd7z3mbhrrva​  Please open Marketplace > My Collection and see whether your packs are deactivated.  If they are, you can enable them with the Pack Selection button, then restart the game.

Am I only allowed go have 1 pack active a time? Every time I activate the others one deactivates or vice versa

Same thing is happening to me. If i try to active one pack and even If NO other packs are selected it will still deactivate all of them but the only one I actually selected it will activate it. Currently the Marketplace has ensured that i cannot play the games i paid for it.
