Mods Not Appearing in Game

I dont know if it has to do with the fact that its a new pc or if anticheat software plays a part of this but none of the Madlen cc that I get from patreon appears in game anymore nor do script mods that work on my laptop when I play, then when i check or try and fix things it just deletes from the mod folder and only shows some of my mods.
