Please look over the order history for your EA account- are the transactions for these packs showing there as completed, processing or failed?
they are completed. as i said files are missing that would boot up the add ons, they arent in the folder, i see alot of people struggling with the issue but mine seems different
please can you look into this because genuinely spending money and then for it to not only not work but also the fact the files arent even in the folder?
