My game won't load past the mods pop-up at startup.

    hp4343​  Does this happen with your entire Mods folder removed?  I'm not saying you need to delete your mods, only that this is a useful test.

    Since you also use BBB, repair the game (EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair) after removing the Mods folder.  This will revert certain changes BBB can make to the game's program files.

I did what you said, and I was able to get into my game, thankfully. I still couldn't get onto the marketplace. I am going to try putting everything in one by one to see if I can figure out which mod is causing it. Thank you for your suggestion!
