My Sims Are Pitch Black

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats & Dogs , City Living , Get To Work , Dining Out , Movie Night ,
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Explain what I can do to stop this.
What happens when the bug occurs? My Sims Are pitch black and so are my pets.
What do you expect to see? All my Sims Are pitch Black including the dogs and nomater what I do there are STILL black. I removed my mods and put them back and it still does the same thing. I took them out in total and the same thing is happening.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

You have to completely remove your mods, then repair the game, then check if the issue is gone. If so, you can start putting your mods back.
