My Sims doesn’t work

Hi, I really hope you guys can help me. Every time I try to play the Sims it doesn’t work. It started when I tried to download mods but after I couldn’t play it, I deleted all my mods of my computer and deleted the game to start over but now it does not work.

 I can create my Sims but every time I try to play it it lacks (see the picture). I don’t know what else to do so I really hope you guys can help me.

You can see in the photo that it starts on the screen, but then I can’t move the camera anywhere and when I try to click on the screen it doesn’t really do anything.
