My Sims just moved and now I keep losing money.

I just moved my Sims to a new household. After a few seconds, I started losing small amounts of money very quickly (15-30 Simoleons at a time). It stops if I pause time, but quickly restarts. I did buy the household furnished and with freerealestate. I do have mods.

    MiariCat24​  Please test without your mods or custom content.  You don't need to save your progress.

    If that doesn't help, do you have Eco Lifestyle installed, and if so, what Neighborhood Action Plans are active?  Your sims could be receiving fines due to the rules of one particular NAP.
