My Sims4 in-game purchases gone.

I had updated my game recently to find all of my packs I have bought over the years to be gone. They do still show up in my order history, but they don’t show up in game, the EA app makes it seem I didn’t buy them, and I don’t have the option to download them since the “manage-addons” button is not available when I click on my game in the app. I tried to repair my game, I tried to clear the cache of the EA app and I’m completely lost. On top of it all, the 500 hours of playtime I put into the app now says 0 hours. I don’t get why everytime there is an update, it’s such a big issue
