My Sims4 packs and kits say "not owned"

I have been searching for an answer for hours now and still cant find a solution. I own 10+ packs and kits etc. and all of them say I don't own them. 

It started when I realised the 25th anniversary event (blast from the past) was not popping up on my main menu. I logged out of my EA account and logged back in with the same details, hoping it would fix the issue. It did, however, it created a new one. All of my packs and kits now say that I don't own them. I have tried everything to get them back but I cant find a solution.
