Need help

Since the new update I've been having problems in the game. Sims no longer execute commands. Now the game keeps crashing. Anyone else have this problem? I've already repaired the game via EA and also created a new folder where I put my old saves. I don't use CC or mods - I deleted them months ago because it was causing problems. Then the game worked again.

I've already contacted EA, but they don't know anything about it and won't fix it. But as I see here, several people have a problem with Sims.
