No load game option

Question

I attempted to play my game after it said it needed to be updated, after the game loaded there was only a "New Game" option, no option for me to resume the game I have been playing. Then, when my packs loaded, I have a pets pack that I haven't ever purchased. Does anyone know how I can get my game back?
