No saving and lag since update 19.09.24

18c3c889b4c23f5d  Please test with no mods or custom content, as in, move the Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package.  You don't need to save your progress; just let me know which of these issues are still present.

I realize testing an EA App update issue is impossible until there's an actual update, but for the future, try disabling automatic game updates in the App's settings.  You should still be prompted to update when you sign in.  And make sure to close th App completely when you're done with it: use the menu in the upper-left corner of the screen rather than Xing out the window.
