Hey Oneinemilian,
If you haven't already, please try clearing the EA App's cache, uninstalling those packs, repairing the Sims 4, restarting your device, and reinstalling those packs one at a time, waiting for the download to complete before launching the game.
Just to confirm, are the packs showing as 'active' in Marketplace > My Collections?

Hello,
I looked at marketplace and it’s says it’s deactivated. I will try your tip and I’ll let you know how it goes.

Thanks for the update, Oneinemilian.
If the packs are appearing as deactivated, you'll need to click 'Pack Selection' on the same page, choose the deactivated pack(s), and click 'Confirm' to activate them.
