Packs disappearing
Hi my sims 4 had updated and as I went back into the game and load it up it's now saying that I don't own any of my packs. Does anyone know how to get them back as its saying I have none

This is happening to me right now! I tried to load into my save and it says "requires Get to Work" and I'm like ???? duhh... and so when I went to my collections, it said I have nothing there! I'm repairing the game right now to see if it works and I will check back.
